We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via Federal Express on all U.S. orders.
It will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. To have your order by Christmas, you must place your order before 12pm EST on December 15th to ensure delivery.
Express/Second Day Delivery - $20
We offer complimentary express delivery on orders $500 or more. Your order must reach us by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered within two business days. To have your order by Christmas, you must place your order before 12pm EST on December 21st to ensure delivery.
Overnight Delivery - $35
Your order must reach us by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered the following working day. To have your order by Christmas, you must place your order before 10am EST on December 23rd to ensure delivery.
Same Day Delivery – Manhattan Only
When available, our customers in Manhattan who order by 12:00 PM ET can select same-day delivery for a fee of $35. To have your order by Christmas, you must place your order before 8am EST on December 24th to ensure delivery.
Shipping will not be available on:
Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25th
New Years Eve, Wednesday, December 31st
New Years Day, Thursday, January 1st
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a FedEx tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, FedEx will leave a re-delivery slip.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.
You may return any product ordered on the TOMFORD.com website for refund or exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.

To exchange a product, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-TOM-FORD. If you received an item as a gift from TOMFORD.com, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within fourteen (14) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference in price. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call 1-888-TOM-FORD.
TOM FORD EYEWEAR is offered with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from invoice date against any manufacturer’s defects, defined as the breaking of solder or weld points, discoloration of finishes not associated with normal wear, loosening of embedded hinges, etc., and any ancillary part or detail of a frame that is defective. Abused eyewear will not be warranted under any conditions. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.
If you have registered, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

All items purchased from a TOM FORD boutique or at TOMFORD.com are guaranteed authentic. Merchandise purchased from other websites or unauthorized dealers cannot be verified. Please contact Customer Service for specific information.
