We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via Federal Express on all U.S. orders.
It will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Express/Second Day Delivery - $20
We offer complimentary express delivery on orders $500 or more. Your order must reach us by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered within two business days.
Overnight Delivery - $35
Your order must reach us by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered the following working day.
Same Day Delivery – Manhattan Only
When available, our customers in Manhattan who order by 12:00 PM ET can select same-day delivery for a fee of $35.
Shipping will not be available on:
Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 27th
Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25th
New Years Eve, Wednesday, December 31st
New Years Day, Thursday, January 1st
To have your order processed on Christmas Eve, you must place your order before 10am EST to ensure delivery.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a FedEx tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, FedEx will leave a re-delivery slip.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.
You may return any product ordered on the TOMFORD.com website for refund or exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.

To exchange a product, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call 1-888-TOM-FORD. If you received an item as a gift from TOMFORD.com, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within fourteen (14) days of delivery. TOM FORD EYEWEAR is offered with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from invoice date against any manufacturer’s defects, defined as the breaking of solder or weld points, discoloration of finishes not associated with normal wear, loosening of embedded hinges, etc., and any ancillary part or detail of a frame that is defective.
