STEPS WE ARE TAKING FOR YOUR SAFETY

 

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority. Below are some of the safety measures we are taking in our boutiques at this time:

  • Our stores have been deep cleaned and sanitized upon opening, and we are implementing enhanced regular cleaning protocols (including all garments).  
  • We are providing face coverings and gloves for all employees and customers. Please see a sale associate if you need personal protective equipment, which is required in order to shop in store.
  • We are requiring all employees with a fever or flu-like symptoms to stay home.
  • Please maintain a distance of 6 feet between yourself and others - implementing social distancing measures.
  • Only our sales associates may handle merchandise displayed in the store.  Please ask your sales associate should you wish to try anything on.  There will be a limit of items that can be tried on.
  • At this time there will be no sampling of beauty products other than fragrance.
  • All beauty, eyewear, timepiece, and jewelry sales are final.

Our eCommerce distribution center practices safe order processing protocols, including the following steps.

  • All associates go through temperature screenings before entering the facility.
  • Masks are mandatory while inside the facility.
  • 6 feet markings have been placed on the floor to support safe social distancing.
  • Packing and scanning equipment is sanitized after each use.
  • All workstations are thoroughly sanitized between shifts.
  • All common areas are sanitized hourly
  • The distribution center is fully sanitized twice daily.
