January 11, 2022 - COMPANY UPDATE ON UKRAINE CRISIS AND TOM FORD’S BUSINESS IN RUSSIA

TOM FORD INTERNATIONAL continues to be devastated by the crisis in Ukraine and the tragic, ongoing, suffering of the Ukrainian people. 

Since the beginning of the crisis, TOM FORD INTERNATIONAL has taken substantial steps in response to the situation in Ukraine. TOM FORD INTERNATIONAL suspended its commercial activity with all retailers in Russia, and stopped all shipments to Russia, or for export to retailers in Russia.  We have ceased all marketing and advertising support in the region. Please note that TOM FORD does NOT operate or own any stores in Russia; all points of sale in the region are owned and operated directly by third parties. 

We continue to watch the situation closely and will ensure that we continue to take actions that are consistent with our core values.
