However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via FedEx or UPS on all U.S. orders.      
Your ground order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival date of your order.    

Three Day Delivery - $12                 
Your order must reach us by 12 PM (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered within three business days.  

Second Day Delivery - $25                 
Your order must reach us by 12 PM (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered within two business days.  
        
Overnight Delivery - $30                  
Your order must reach us by 12 PM (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered the following business day.  

Same Day Delivery (Manhattan Only) - $40
When available, our customers in Manhattan who order by 12 PM (Eastern Time) Monday - Friday can select same-day delivery for a fee of $40.  

You, or an authorized person must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, FedEx or UPS will leave a re-delivery slip.        
            
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or a hotel/motel addresses. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.

RETURNS

You may return any non-final-sale product ordered on the TOMFORD.com website for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.

Underwear is final sale. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT ON PURCHASED UNDERWEAR ITEMS.

Sale merchandise is final sale. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT ON PURCHASED SALE ITEMS.

REPAIRS

Regretfully, TOM FORD stores are unable to repair or replace items not purchased within one of our globally operated TOM FORD stores. This includes items purchased at other third party stores, online retailers, and at TOM FORD outlets.  If an item has been purchased through TOMFORD.COM, please contact assistance@tomfordinternational.com for review. 

Fragrance samples are available in stores, but quantities and availability may be limited. Fragrance samples are not available online.

TOM FORD EYEWEAR is offered with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from invoice date against any manufacturer’s defects, defined as the breaking of solder or weld points, discoloration of finishes not associated with normal wear, loosening of embedded hinges, etc., and any ancillary part or detail of a frame that is defective. Abused eyewear will not be warranted under any conditions. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
