We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via FedEx or UPS on all U.S. orders.      
Your ground order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival date of your order.    

Three Day Delivery - $12                 
Your order must reach us by 12 PM (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered within three business days.  

Second Day Delivery - $25                 
Your order must reach us by 12 PM (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered within two business days.  
        
Overnight Delivery - $30                  
Your order must reach us by 12 PM (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered the following business day.  

Same Day Delivery (Manhattan Only) - $40
When available, our customers in Manhattan who order by 12 PM (Eastern Time) Monday - Friday can select same-day delivery for a fee of $40.  

You, or an authorized person must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, FedEx or UPS will leave a re-delivery slip.        
            
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or a hotel/motel addresses. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.

RETURNS

You may return any non-final-sale product ordered on the TOMFORD.com website for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.

To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dustbags, cards, and packaging intact. Product boxes, including shoeboxes, are not to be used as shipping boxes. The product box should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.

Underwear is final sale. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT ON PURCHASED UNDERWEAR ITEMS.

REPAIRS

Regretfully, TOM FORD stores are unable to repair or replace items not purchased within one of our globally operated TOM FORD stores. This includes items purchased at other third party stores, online retailers, and at TOM FORD outlets.  If an item has been purchased through TOMFORD.COM, please contact assistance@tomfordinternational.com for review.

Fragrance samples are available in stores, but quantities and availability may be limited. Fragrance samples are not available online.

TOM FORD EYEWEAR is offered with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from invoice date against any manufacturer’s defects, defined as the breaking of solder or weld points, discoloration of finishes not associated with normal wear, loosening of embedded hinges, etc., and any ancillary part or detail of a frame that is defective. Abused eyewear will not be warranted under any conditions. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at assistance@tomfordinternational.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.

Item availability is checked when you complete the purchase and your order is processed. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to make your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.
Yes, items may be gift packaged in our signature TOM FORD grey gift box tied with TOM FORD logo-printed ribbon and embellished with a personalized gift label. Gift packaging is $8.

All items purchased from a TOM FORD boutique or at TOMFORD.com are guaranteed authentic. Merchandise purchased from other websites or unauthorized dealers cannot be verified. Please contact Customer Service for specific information.

TOM FORD charges state, local and county taxes for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax. Applicable state taxes will be applied to orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Illinois and Nevada.

TOM FORD TIMEPIECES ARE CRAFTED IN SWITZERLAND FOLLOWING THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS

if your timepiece is in need of repair please contact us for instructions. you will be asked to provide a description of the issue and may also be asked to provide photos as well. for timepices requiring a service inspection or rePAIR, We will send you a repair form which you will need to complete and send in with your timepiece to our repair service partner in your area.  if your timepiEces simply requires a battery replacement we will recommend you to a local service provider in your area.
